Our Approach To Asbestos Waste Disposal
Asbestos Removal
This initial stage involves the removal of asbestos-containing materials from a building or structure. Areas should be sealed off to prevent asbestos fibres from spreading to other parts of the building. Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, our trained operatives will then carefully remove the asbestos-containing materials.
Disposal at Licensed Facilities
Asbestos waste will then be deposited in specific, designated areas within the landfill designed to contain the fibres and prevent environmental contamination. These facilities employ stringent protocols to ensure the long-term containment and safety of the asbestos fibres.
Packaging and Transportation
Removed asbestos will be placed in sealed containers designed for asbestos waste. These containers will be labelled with warnings to identify the hazardous material. After being securely packaged, the asbestos waste will be carefully loaded onto designated vehicles and transported to a licensed waste facility.
Documentation and Compliance
Throughout the asbestos waste disposal process, we will keep detailed records of all of our activities. This documentation ensures transparency, demonstrates compliance with regulations, and serves as a record for future reference.
